Our Jaw & Jaw Turnbuckles are manufactured from drop‑forged high‑tensile steel (SAE 1035 or 1045) and finished with a durable hot‑dip galvanised coating for long‑term corrosion resistance. Produced generally to ATSM F1145‑92 (formerly US Fed Spec FF‑T‑791b), these turnbuckles provide reliable performance in demanding lifting, rigging and tensioning applications.
Each unit is designed with a minimum breaking load (MBL) equal to 5 × WLL, ensuring a strong safety margin for industrial use. The jaw‑end fittings allow secure attachment to shackles, eye bolts, wire rope assemblies and structural anchor points.
