Returning goods back to Transpower Drives
The Transpower Drives group, offer a conditional returns policy, Please see below for the returns Terms and Conditions,
We offer a 14-day return policy, you must have reported the fault, missing item, incorrect part or damage to us and sent the items back to us within the 14 days, Once you have reported the issue to us and we have given you the go-ahead you may download the "RETURNS FORM" complete, the form then place one set in the box with the item, and keep a copy for yourself, then send the item back to us, but please be aware of the following conditions.
- We accept returns provided the goods and their packaging are received back to us within 14 days.
- Ensure the goods are returned to us in "as new" condition. Damaged, modified or used goods will not be refunded.
- Unless the Transpower Group were at fault, we will not pay the return carriage, If however the item was sent wrong by us then please keep proof of posting and we will refund this.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE you have called us before you send the item's back otherwise they may just get returned to you at your cost.
