Product Details
The 1020 Series metric bearing insert provides a dependable and low‑maintenance solution for supporting rotating shafts in industrial, agricultural and general engineering machinery. Designed with a spherical outer diameter, the insert can self‑align within the housing to compensate for small amounts of initial misalignment. This helps reduce vibration, improve running accuracy and extend service life.
Each unit is fitted with an integral set‑screw locking system, offering simple installation and secure shaft retention. The insert is sealed and pre‑greased for life, making it suitable for pillow blocks, flanged units, take‑up housings and other self‑lube assemblies.
