The 1235 Metric Bearing Insert provides a strong, reliable and low‑maintenance solution for supporting rotating shafts in industrial, agricultural and general engineering machinery. Its spherical outer diameter allows the insert to self‑align within the housing, compensating for small amounts of initial misalignment and helping reduce vibration during operation.

The flat‑back construction gives the 1235 insert a stable seating surface inside the housing, improving load distribution and enhancing overall assembly rigidity. Two locking options are available to suit different applications:

• a vibration‑resistant eccentric collar for secure shaft retention

• a simple grub‑screw locking system for quick, straightforward installation

Each 1235 insert is sealed and pre‑greased for life, delivering smooth running and minimal maintenance. Suitable for pillow blocks, flanged units, take‑up housings and other self‑lube assemblies.
