The PAD PULSER is a compact pneumatic accessory designed to convert a continuous air supply into a clean, repeatable pulsed output. Installed between the air feed and any PAD-series audible alarm, it creates a distinctive intermittent warning signal that improves clarity, reduces noise fatigue, and lowers air consumption in workshop and industrial environments.
The unit features three selectable pulse frequencies, allowing operators to tailor the alarm pattern to suit different fault levels, machine states, or safety requirements. This makes the PAD PULSER ideal for systems where a continuous tone is not desirable or where a pulsed alert provides clearer differentiation.
Engineered from aluminium, brass, stainless steel, and NBR seals, the device offers long service life and dependable operation in demanding conditions. With a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (148 psi) and a compact 275 g body, it integrates easily into new or existing pneumatic circuits.
Air usage varies by setting, from 28 L/min to 141 L/min, delivering significant efficiency gains. Switching from a continuous alarm to a pulsed output can reduce air consumption by approximately 25% on Setting 1, 40% on Setting 2, and 60% on Setting 3 — without compromising the clarity of the warning signal.
